Innreisekrav og dokumentasjon Covid-19

Vi gjør oppmerksom på at personer som skal ut å reise, selv er ansvarlig for å sjekke de til enhver tid gjeldende innreisekrav og krav til dokumentasjon angående SARS-CoV-2/Covid-19 i det landet de skal reise til.

PDF av svarbrevet med dine prøvesvar finner du på www.furstpasient.no. Har du behov for ytterligere dokumentasjon/attest på SARS-CoV-2 PCR (nese/halsprøve) tilbyr IKKE Fürst dette. Eventuell attest (eks. fit-to-fly) MÅ fremskaffes fra prøvetakingssted.

Det samme gjelder for SARS-CoV-2 ANTISTOFF (blodprøve). PDF av svarbrev kan hentes ut på www.furstpasient.no. Har du behov for ytterligere dokumentasjon/attest må prøven bestilles hos annen aktør/legekontor som kan bistå med dette.

Når det gjelder spørsmål rundt covid-19 hurtigtester så analyseres ikke disse prøvene hos Fürst, og eventuelle spørsmål må rettes til prøvetakingssted.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS AND DOCUMENTATION OF COVID-19 CERTIFICATES

Please note that people who are traveling are responsible for knowing what rules apply for the country they are traveling to as well as the country’s current entry and documentation requirements regarding SARS-CoV-2/Covid-19.

You will find a PDF of your test results for SARS-CoV-2 PCR at www.furstpasient.no. If you need any additional documentation/travel certificate (e.g. fit-to-fly) you will have to acquire this from the health institution. Fürst will NOT provide any additional documentation/travel certificate.

The same information applies to SARS-CoV-2 ANTIBODIES (blood sample). You will find a PDF of your test results at www.furstpasient.no. If you need any additional documentation/travel certificate (e.g. fit-to-fly), the sample must be requested by a provider/doctor who can assist with this.

Questions regarding Covid-19 rapid tests must be directed to the provider of the test (where you took the test). These tests are not analysed in our laboratory, and we will not have any information about these tests or test results.
